1) How long does it take for my order to be sent to the shipping company?

Your orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. 

2) How long does delivery take?

The delivery process varies according to the address and shipping company. All your orders are delivered by express shipping. You can track your order with the shipping code provided.

3) How much is delivery charged?

The shipping fee varies based on the shipping country and the quantity of item ordered.

You can check the shipping fee at the check-out page. Some promotional offers include free delivery. Follow our promotions to stay informed about free shipping offers.

4) Where Is My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package from our warehouse to your door. You can check the status of your order at any time in your account page.

You can also locate your tracking information in your More Than Basics account. After logging in, click on your username then select ‘’ORDER’’ to access your order history/status details. 

You can also click on ‘’Where Is My Order?’’ on the homepage and track your order.

6) Can my order be delivered by courier to my address?

Packages are delivered to addresses which UKGS Worldwide Express provides delivery services to.

You can check with UKGS Worldwide Express if orders are delivered to your address (further information is available by calling their Customer Service representatives at +90 850 300 8547) 

If there is no direct delivery to your address, you can pick up your order from the nearest UKGS Worldwide Express (or The Partner Shipment Company) branch.

7) What is a tracking number?

Tracking Number is a code that enables you to track your order status. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package from our warehouse to your door. You can check the status of your order at any time in your account page.

8) Can I place an order all over the world?

Yes you can place an order all over the world.

9) Which shipping companies do you work with?

Our contracted shipping company is UKGS Worldwide Express.

10) What should I pay attention to when I receive my order?

- Before accepting the package from the delivery company, you should check if it has been opened, torn, crushed, or soaked. If it has, please do not accept the package and request a claim form by the freight company. Once complete, kindly inform us of the situation by contacting our “info@morethanbasics.com

 - If after receiving the package, you realize that there is a product missing;

Please contact the delivery company and ask about the cargo claim form, then please E-mail us through info@morethanbasics.com

11) My order was delivered, but I was not at home. What can I do?

If you are not at the shipping address when your order is delivered, it will be delivered to the nearest branch, and you will be informed. You should pick up your order from the branch within 5 work days. Otherwise, your order will be returned to our company, More Than Basics.

12) Can I receive my order from the branch?

You can contact the cargo company and ask to receive your package at a suitable branch providing your tracking number.

13) Will my orders purchased on different dates be delivered with the same shipping?

Each order will be considered as a separate dispatch. There is no guarantee that orders purchased on different dates will be shipped at the same time.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@morethanbasics.com and send your item to: Seyrantepe Mh. Ibrahim Karaoglanoglu Cd. Kagithane 34418 Istanbul  TR.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: BB Textile, Seyrantepe Mh. Ibrahim Karaoglanoglu Cd. Kagithane Istanbul 34418 Turkey.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
